Please submit your completed Registration Form via email to:

AT TIME OF HOME SELECTION AND CONTRACT SIGNING:
- Please complete the Hoku’ula Registration Form.
- A Prequalification Letter must be submitted together with the Registration Form. Cash Buyers must present proof of cash funds.
- Buyer’s Real Estate Agent must be present at all site visits.
- $10,000 Initial Deposit due at Contract signing.
- 15-day review period from date of Contract signing.
- 15% of Sales Price, less $10,000 initial deposit, due 15 days from acceptance date.
- No contingency for the sale of other properties will be accepted.
